We are a faith-based interior decorating studio inspired by the scripture 2 Corinthians 5:7
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
Our mission extends beyond creating beautiful spaces. We strive to create transformative environments that inspire, refresh, and bring joy to the our clients and everyone who enters them. In every project, we are committed to reflecting the heart of Christ—not only through our designs, but through the way we serve. From our initial conversation to the final reveal, we lead with humility, excellence, and genuine care. Because our heart is to serve first, we approach every project with the intention of truly getting to know our clients, understanding their needs, and creating a space that reflects who they are. We believe that exceptional design begins with listening. By building meaningful relationships and thoughtfully bringing each client’s vision to life, we aim to create spaces that are not only beautiful, but purposeful, welcoming, and transformative.
HISTORY
Studio C57 formerly known as Designs by Khloe, was founded in 2022 by Shaquel Jackson. What began as a simple idea soon became a tangible vision during an unexpected season of transition.After being furloughed as a result of COVID-19, Shaquel began working alongside a contractor, where she gained hands-on experience that would ultimately shape the foundation of her design career. During this time, she developed new skills, explored the tools and processes of the industry, and had the opportunity to bring creative visions to life.
From assisting with renovations and upgrading spaces to remodeling, building decks, and helping transform a foreclosed home, every project provided an opportunity to learn, create, and grow. More importantly, the experience revealed something deeper: Shaquel discovered a passion for creating meaningful spaces that do more than look beautiful—they tell a story and reflect the people who inhabit them. What once felt like a dream began to take shape as a purpose.
As the vision evolved, so did the brand. Designs by Khloe served as an important chapter in the journey, but Shaquel recognized that the next chapter needed to reflect the foundation upon which she desired to build—not only as a designer, but as a servant of Christ. This led to the decision to rebrand and place faith at the forefront of the business. Studio C57 was born from that vision: a design studio committed to creating meaningful, transformative spaces while allowing faith, excellence, creativity, and service to guide every project.
