THE DESIGN PROCESS

  • A discovery call is followed by intake form, to discuss project goals, style’s direction, discuss integrated furniture .

    A site visit will be scheduled for the Designer to meet with client to access space, give overview of design process, review furniture to be integrated, take measurements, and budget alignment.

    If client moves forward a 50% project retainer is due upon signing the design agreement.

    Designer’s fee is separate from project budget.

  • Concept development, (4) mood boards, space planning, furniture, decor, finishes, and design presentations.

    Once the client reviews/ revisions have been completed and final look selected, Client will receive invoice for 25% design approval for procurement to begin.

    DESIGNER FEE WILL BE APPLIED IN FIRST INVOICE, THIS FEE IS SEPARATE FROM PROJECT FUNDS. PROJECT FUNDS ARE USED TO PURCHASE FURNITURE, ACCESSORIES, LIGHTING.

  • Sourcing, purchasing, vendor communication, order tracking and delivery coordination. If any construction needs to take place it will be done in this Phase.

  • Furniture placement, styling, art and accessories, finishing touches and final walkthrough

    The Designer will arrive on the mutually agreed-upon date and time to complete the installation of the project.

    Pre-Installation the remaining 25% is due 24 hours before final installation and styling.
